Establish a Final Completion date formally for audit purposes, and as required by the State Requirements for Educational Facilities and Florida Statutes. This date is determined by the Project Manager in accordance with project documents.  The Final Completion date for Buildings 1-4 is September 4, 2006 and the Final Completion date for Building 5 and the Athletic Field’s is October 28, 2006.

The project, as determined by the Project Manager and Project Architect (JRA Architects), has reached final completion in accordance with the project documents. Liquidated damages are specified in the contract; therefore, a final completion date must be formally established.
